She's a shapeshifting voidsent so her form is almost never consistent. Her main forms are Lalafell, Hyur, Au Ra (both Raen and Xaela) with the occasional Miqo'te and Viera.

Mero Scarlet was once a creature of the Void. Having been summoned by some hotshot succubus who thought she could control her, she stamped out that woman when she tried to use her for her own whims. Despite not having her initial tether to the Source, she felt a connection to the world and couldn't go back. Not that the void was much of a home to begin with.

She keeps her backstory under wraps and doesn't really open up about her past. Her time on the source had changed her. She'd grown more soft, more compassionate and more understanding.

Mero's been seen caring for others in a maternal way, especially a certain Miqo'te she all but adopted as her own kin and an Elezen man she has taken for a husband.She's deeply empathetic, almost to a fault, as she's seen sympathizing with the enemy on occasions and wishing there was a less violent way to handle things. Though she may be empathetic, if one were to cross here she would not stop until the price has been paid.Her and her husband seem to have a connection to the Ascian Emet-Selch. Perhaps the three of them were close in the past...?
